As most of you already know, I’m a major slacker when it comes to keep this blog up to date in the middle of wedding season. But this engagement session in Palm Beach I had to share. When Carolina told me we would be taking her engagement pictures around Tiffany, Gucci and Chanel I said count me in. We spent an afternoon of clicks and quick window shopping and since these two are so totally into each other my job was a breeze. Of course when it came to select the images for this post I took the entire afternoon, not an easy task. I can even imagine how gorgeous Carolina and Stephen are going to look on their wedding day this September. Have fun and enjoy!
Kristine and JJ’s wedding was truly amazing. First of all, she had two Monique Lhuillier wedding gowns, not one, TWO! There was a mix of sweet & sexy with a touch of chic! And although this blog post was supossed to be a little preview, it ended up a little bit longer than expected. I still haven’t seen all of the pictures but while I finish, here’s a little taste for the bride and groom whom I know are super excited to see them. I hope you love them too!!!
I’m super excited to share this wedding on the blog today. About three months ago I had the incredible honor of photographing the wedding of Nikki Stecich and Jon Jay, a St. Louis Cardinals player! It was one of the most fun weddings I’ve ever done and working with Nikki and Jon has been awesome!
The wedding was going to be late in the afternoon so one of the things we decided in advanced is that they were going to have a portrait session a few days or weeks after the wedding, so they could dress up again as on their wedding day and take pictures. They selected one of my favorite places in Miami, the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Gardens where we spent a couple of hours on a very cold afternoon on early January. We had a great time and it was the best way to capture those beautiful portraits with natural lighting and outdoors without all the stress of a wedding day.
